Yuser Next Gen Promotional Materials
Graphic Design and Illustration
I was given the task of crafting the marketing and web promotion designs for a new NFT collection called Nextgens, for a company named Yuser (now REBL). At first, I found myself caught in a web of thought, contemplating how best to approach something as trendy, banal and digital as an NFT collection. How do you capture the essence of something born from the ether, existing only in pixels and code, yet brimming with the promise of something new?
It was then that I realized: the collection itself was bursting with personality. Nextgens was loud, it was colorful, it was unapologetically vibrant. The traits of the collection were distinct—each piece a little world of its own, both playful and eye-catching. So I decided to take those traits, to lean into the very things that made the collection stand out, and tease them out one by one, like snippets from an unfolding story.
The palette was as bright as a pop art explosion—pinks, yellows, and blues, the kind of colors that don’t just catch your eye, but demand it. It was the perfect fit, and so I let the colors do the talking. Each design became an invitation, a doorway to something new and exciting, leading up to the launch. It felt like painting in a world that was both digital and alive, with every hue and every detail adding to the story of what Nextgens would be.
